Wm. Goldsmith
William Goldsmith (born 1805) was a Philadelphia, PA planemaker from 1837-68.

The 1845 directory and the 1850 census listed him as a planemaker.

The 1857 city directory listed him as also making spirit levels. His son W. Goldsmith Jr. (born 1832) was listed in 1850 as a planemaker, living with his father. William Goldsmith Sr. was succeeded by John Veit in 1868
